Leadership presence is more than the clothes one wears or the way one talks.  It is a characteristic within a person AND it can be developed and cultivated.  Develop Your Inner Leader and Presence!

Phase 1:  Get Ready
Know, embrace and leverage your authentic self and leadership style.  Over a 10-week period clarify and expand personal awareness through individual, psychological, and leadership assessments and facilitated group teleconferences.

Phase 2:  Get Set
Set your vision, hone your leadership, formulate your action plan. During a 3-day intensive onsite session with 25 women like yourself design a leadership vision aligned with your values and create an action plan to make it happen.

Phase 3
Over a 14-week period engage in leadership behaviors and forward your action plan through weekly peer coaching sessions and facilitated group coaching teleconferences

Find the Leadership within You and Make a Difference

Join women from all parts of the globe the first Wednesday of each month  for a night out devoted to YOUR leadership journey.  Enjoy discussion, exercises, reflections, and action based on the book 52 Week Game Changer:  How She Leads, Leadership Development for Healthcare and interviews with women executives and thought leaders on the subject of leadership. 

In 2018 we take a new approach to TOAST TO LEADERSHIP by focusing on one topic throughout the year.  This year we have chosen the topic of "Implicit Bias" because its importance and how it impacts all aspects of our life and in leadership.   We look at its relationship to leadership in general, its impact in particular as a barrier to women's advancement, and the interventions that can be used to reduce it.
